LinkedIn Signal Repair — $1,800 fixed, 14 days
The full measurement repair: Conversions API, offline conversion import, match-rate fix, learning-phase audit, and a one-page before/after showing the conversion volume your account was losing. Standalone. No retainer required.
There is no order form. The check is how this starts — twenty minutes in your own Campaign Manager to confirm you are pixel-only, which is what the guarantee is written against, before either of us commits.
If conversion events per 1,000 clicks recorded in Campaign Manager don't rise at least 15% over your trailing 30-day pixel-only baseline, you pay nothing.

Conversion events per 1,000 clicks
The threshold is computed from your own trailing 30-day baseline, exported from your Campaign Manager on day 0 and sent to you before anything changes.
What $1,800 buys
Five deliverables. No strategy phase, no discovery phase, no retainers hiding in the footer.

The before/after report
One page, delivered day 14
Most accounts never push a single CRM stage back into LinkedIn. The algorithm optimizes toward form fills because form fills are all it can see.
Fourteen days, four phases
Eligibility confirmed in the free check; Campaign Manager admin and CRM API access; your trailing 30-day pixel-only baseline captured — the number the guarantee measures against.
Conversions API live, deduplicated against the pixel, verified rule by rule in Measure → Conversion tracking → Sources.
Offline conversion import from HubSpot or Salesforce; match-rate repair on every matched audience.
Learning-phase audit, budget consolidation recommendations, and the one-page before/after delivered.
Access is the only thing that can slow this down: Campaign Manager admin and CRM API permissions within five business days. That’s all of them.
One page, your numbers
The engagement ends with a one-page before/after: conversion volume pixel-only vs. repaired, per rule, with the recovered events attributed to their source. It ends with what it would take to fix the campaigns themselves.
Take that to any agency, including the one you already use.

Required, and not required
Your account is pixel-only at kickoff — we confirm that in the free check before either of us commits. Campaign Manager admin access and CRM API permissions within five business days. HubSpot or Salesforce — they are what offline conversion import is built around.
No spend minimum. Signal Repair has no floor, and it is sold on its own — we don't take campaign management below $8,000/month in LinkedIn spend, but that floor applies to management, not to the repair. No retainer, no management move, no contract beyond the 14 days.
LinkedIn’s offline conversion import has a 90-day window. Deals that close later cannot be fed back, so if your median sales cycle runs past it the loop closes on opportunity stage instead of closed-won. We read your cycle length on the check and say which one you are getting before day 0.
Already running Conversions API with healthy match rates — the free check will say so and you’ll owe us nothing but the time. Neither HubSpot nor Salesforce — not yet. A team that can’t grant API access inside five business days — the calendar fails, so we don’t start.
Questions about Signal Repair
Why is it $1,800?
It’s a fixed-scope implementation job with a defined deliverable list and a 14-day calendar — priced like plumbing, not like a percentage of your spend. The price doesn’t move with your budget.
What if the offline import won’t match my CRM records?
That is the usual failure, and it is an identifier problem: li_fat_id has to be captured on the form and written to the record. Where it never was, we match on the hashed business email instead, at a lower rate. The check tells us which case you are in before day 0.
Do I have to move my ad management to you?
No. Signal Repair is standalone. You can keep your existing agency or manage campaigns yourself.
What access do you need?
Campaign Manager admin and API permissions on HubSpot or Salesforce. We can work through a shared screen for the CRM side if your ops team prefers to hold credentials.
Can our own developers run this instead?
Yes. The methodology is published in full, including the field mapping and the deduplication rules. Most of the fourteen days is coordination between three systems that report to different people — that is the part you are paying to skip.
What happens after day 14?
You have the repaired signal, the learning-phase audit, and the one-page before/after with what it would take to fix the campaigns themselves.
If conversion events per 1,000 clicks recorded in Campaign Manager don't rise at least 15% over your trailing 30-day pixel-only baseline, you pay nothing
