The fixed price, the guarantee, the spend floor, payment timing, and what WonLoop is not.
These terms cover 2 services: Signal Repair and campaign management retainers. Your engagement letter covers anything specific — access, responsibilities, timeline, governing law — and we sign it before work starts. Where this page and the engagement letter differ, the letter wins.
What we sell
The entry offer is LinkedIn Signal Repair — $1,800 fixed, 14 days. It has one scope: your tracking and conversion plumbing, repaired and verified against your own baseline. Campaign management is a separate engagement on a monthly retainer, and it has a floor:
We don't take campaign management below $8,000/month in LinkedIn spend. Signal Repair has no floor.
The floor is arithmetic, not taste. Below it, LinkedIn’s learning phase never gets enough conversion events per campaign to exit learning. Management becomes a service that cannot succeed, and we would rather say no at the door than bill you monthly for it.
The guarantee
If conversion events per 1,000 clicks recorded in Campaign Manager don't rise at least 15% over your trailing 30-day pixel-only baseline, you pay nothing.
The baseline is your trailing 30 days of pixel-only measurement before the repair starts. The comparison window is the 30 days after the repaired signal goes live. Conversion events are the ones recorded in Campaign Manager, normalized per 1,000 clicks so volume changes do not fake a result. If the lift is under 15%, you pay nothing. We cancel the invoice if it is not yet paid; a paid invoice is refunded in full within 10 business days.
Payment
Signal Repair is invoiced on day 14 — when the repaired signal is live and the measurement window has started — not on signature. Management retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Refunds under the guarantee are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of the measurement window closing.
What we are not
WonLoop is not a content or ghostwriting agency, not a lead-gen or appointment-setting service, not a full-service or multi-channel agency, and not the cheap option. If you buy Signal Repair, you get measurement plumbing — not creative, not strategy decks, not a channel expansion.
Your side of the work
Signal Repair needs access to Campaign Manager, the site or tag manager where the Insight Tag lives, and the CRM that holds your deal stages. Access delayed is timeline delayed. The 14-day clock runs on calendar days from the agreed start. Days spent waiting for access do not pause it. We will tell you exactly which accesses are needed before you commit.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the offers or terms change. The version in force is the one published here on the date you start an engagement.
