Privacy
What this site collects, which processors see it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
This page covers what wonloop.com collects: the 3 fields on the tracking-check form, one click identifier, and the domain of any page you scan. Nothing else. It matches what the site actually does, not what a template says a marketing site might do.
The forms
The free tracking check form asks for your name, work email, company, and the LinkedIn pages or campaign manager URLs you want checked. We store the submission as a lead record and email it to ourselves. When our CRM is connected we also send it to HubSpot, so the check can be delivered and followed up. If you book through the embedded scheduling tool, that booking runs on HubSpot and sets HubSpot’s own cookies; their privacy terms then apply to the booking flow.
The form also captures the li_fat_id click identifier when your browser provides it. That identifier is what lets an offline conversion import match a deal back to the ad click that started it. If you would rather it not be captured, clear cookies before using the form — the check still works, the matching will not.
The Signal Checker
The Signal Checker scans pages you name for tracking tags and pixel coverage. We log the domain scanned and a timestamp, for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store the page contents, the scan verdicts, or who ran the scan beyond the server logs every website keeps by default.
Third parties
HubSpot, when a booking or CRM sync is involved. LinkedIn, through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets its own cookie when it loads — you can review and clear it in LinkedIn’s settings. Our fonts are self-hosted; this site loads no Google Fonts, no analytics platform, and no advertising scripts of its own at the time of writing. If that changes, this page changes first.
Cookies
WonLoop sets no tracking cookies of its own. Cookies you encounter here belong to the third parties above, only on the pages where they load, and you can clear or block them in your browser without breaking anything except the matching described above.
Retention
We keep lead records while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after; ask and we delete them. Scan logs (domain and timestamp) rotate out with normal server-log retention.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] from the address involved and we will action it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the processors named above.
Changes
If the site’s behaviour changes, we update this page before the change ships. The dated version you read is the one in force.
