Refund Policy

Signal Repair is the only offer with a refund path, and it is written into the guarantee: under 15% lift, you pay nothing.

This page covers when and how WonLoop returns money. The short version: the Signal Repair guarantee is the only refund path, it is measured in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a qualifying miss means you pay nothing. Everything below restates what the terms of service and the guarantee page say, in one place, so you can read it before you commit.

What carries a refund

LinkedIn Signal Repair — $1,800 fixed, 14 days — is the only offer with a refund path. The guarantee is attached to it: if conversion events per 1,000 clicks recorded in Campaign Manager don't rise at least 15% over your trailing 30-day pixel-only baseline, you pay nothing.

Campaign management and the attribution retainer are monthly retainers, invoiced in advance. They are not refundable for a month that has already been served. If the guarantee measurement fails on your Signal Repair, the Signal Repair invoice is the one that dies — retainer months you used are not clawed back, and retainer months you have not used are handled under the cancellation terms you signed.

How the measurement works

The baseline is your trailing 30 days of pixel-only measurement before the repair starts. The comparison window is the 30 days after the repaired signal goes live. Conversion events are the ones recorded in Campaign Manager — not leads in your CRM, not platform-reported revenue — normalized per 1,000 clicks so that a budget change cannot fake a result.

Both numbers come from the same account, the same events, the same reporting. The lift is the second number against the first. At 15% or more, the guarantee passes and the invoice stands. Under 15%, it does not.

How a refund happens

Signal Repair is invoiced on day 14 — after the repaired signal is live and the measurement window has started — not on signature. That ordering is deliberate: a guarantee miss means there is no invoice to fight over.

  • If the window closes below the 15% lift and the invoice is not yet paid, we cancel it. Nothing is due.
  • If it was already paid, we refund it to the original payment method within 10 business days of the measurement window closing.

You do not have to ask in a specific format. One email to [email protected] starts it, though in practice the measurement is run and shared with you before the invoice is ever issued.

What voids the measurement

The guarantee compares two 30-day windows in the same Campaign Manager account. Pausing the account mid-window, removing the Insight Tag, swapping conversion events, or cutting the tracking we repaired during the comparison window destroys the comparison — there is no honest number to measure, so no refund can be computed. This almost never comes up in practice; we flag it at kickoff so it never does.

What is not refundable

Retainer months already served. Third-party costs you pay directly to other vendors. Work product outside the Signal Repair scope — ad copy, landing pages, creative — which we do not sell in the first place. And any refund outside the guarantee terms: if the lift clears 15%, the invoice is due under the terms.

Disputes

If you disagree with the measurement, say so in writing and we will re-run the numbers with you on a call, inside your own Campaign Manager account, using its own reporting. The numbers are yours; the reporting is yours; nothing in this process requires you to take our word for anything.

The short version

None of this is secret. It is just unglamorous, and it takes access three different teams control.

Run it yourself with the chapters above. If the offline import will not match, or you would rather not spend the fourteen days coordinating it, the tracking check is free and Signal Repair is fixed price.
